We suggest putting the thawed ribs in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 300F or 150C, then put your favorite sauce on them and broil at 400F or 200C for about a minute and a half. Add another 15-20 minutes of cooking time if the ribs are frozen. The result will be juicy, succulent, tender beef ribs that are full of flavor! So tender & juicy like filet mignon
I bought 2 boneless ribs & have eaten 1 with my husband. The meat is so tender & juicy that made me think I'm eating filet mignon instead. It just need a little seasoning & sauce when you eat it.
I had it for dinner with twice baked potato & salad. The leftover I made a sandwich.
Easy to prepare and tastes great!
I had almost completely given up on purchasing beef ribs due to the problems I've had with the previous ones I've cooked. Usually you end up paying an arm and a leg for the raw ones and then end up with about 1/4 the original weight that you started with meaning the amount of waste is just not justified for the cost or they end up so stringy and dry that they are practically leather. These ribs however totally solved that problem and were tender and fantastic.
The ribs I received in my package were very nice and meaty. They did have a small visible layer of fat on the top that I was concerned may make them greasy, however that was not the case at all.
To prepare I simply preheated my oven (convection) to 350 and placed them on a pan with just a small amount of coarse salt and pepper. The ribs roasted for about 30 minutes until it was obvious they were heated all the way thru. I then turned the heat up to 450 degree's and cooked for another 10 minutes to render out the small amount of fat that I had previously noticed when opening the ribs. At the end I simply placed some bottled BBQ sauce on them and let them finish for the last 5 minutes. The flavor of the ribs was meaty and satisfying and truthfully they didn't even need the sauce to be enjoyed.
These ribs absolutely deserve 5 stars for the combination of ease of use (just heat and serve), overall portion, and quality of the product. I would gladly order again!
Best Beef Short Ribs
I consider myself a fanatic of beef short ribs. My family's restaurant had them and I would eat them all the time. I eat them whenever I see them on the menu and there have been some terrible meals there! I was impressed with the looks of the 3 bone rib through the package. After I cut it open to put onto the heating tray I was awed at how much meat there was and little fat. Expertly trimmed and pre-cooked... just heat and serve! I added my homemade rib rub (1 TBL) and baked at 400 for 20 min. PERFECT. The meat fell off the bone, was a perfect pink medium rare and had flavor like no tomorrow. No sauce is needed if you dry rub... or skip the rub and baste in your favorite sauce - you can't go wrong with these incredibly delicious ribs!

Tasty, tender, and just the right size for my family of 4. So tender they pull apart with a fork. They almost fall off the bone. The best I have tasted so far.
I have access to all types of halal meat and poultry where I live but these top the charts! I slow cooked them with some simple spices and they came out tender and full of flavor. My husband and children really enjoyed them. We're hooked!
