Perfect as an appetizer, snack, or on salad, chicken fritters are deliciously crunchy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside. Made with 100% chicken breast and perfectly seasoned breading, Halal Chicken fritters are easy to prepare for a quick lunch or dinner.  Halal Chicken Fritters are not pre cooked, and must be fried for 3 to 3.5 minutes at 350 degrees (F) or  175 degrees (C).  Midamar Halal Chicken  products are Halal Certified by Islamic Services of America, the first and most renowned Halal certifier in the USA.  Sold by the 10 lb case, each case includes two 5 lb. packages.
