- 1.5 pounds of Midamar Halal 93% Lean Ground Beef
- 1 medium sized onion (finely chopped)
- 3 cloves of garlic (crushed) (or three teaspoons of garlic powder)
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 2 teaspoons allspice
- 1/4 cup of finely chopped fresh parsley
Mix all the ingredients together well with your hands for at least 2 minutes.
Roll and form each one the size of a tennis ball and flatten into patties.
Oven roast on a lightly oiled flat baking sheet at 400F or 200C for 20 minutes.
Or you can pan fry or grill until brown (like you are making hamburgers).
