Deliciously easy falafel wraps!

Here at Midamar, we like to offer you recipes that we want anybody to feel good about making, because you deserve to be able to treat yourself to delicious homemade meals even if you lack confidence in the kitchen. Or even if you consider yourself a master chef, it’s nice to be able to relax and throw together something that is quick, easy, and delicious and that is what we have for you in this spectacular Mediterranean recipe with these falafel wraps. With little prep time and simple cooking instructions, amateur and expert chefs alike can rejoice in enjoying these wraps as a quick lunch or snack and appreciate a wealth of options of juicy Halal meats and fresh veggies rolled together with crispy heat-and-eat falafel. So if recipes like this are already a favorite, or if you’re looking to add a little bit of Mediterranean cuisine to your diet you’ve come to the right place!

We’ll start with the most important part of these falafel wraps, and that’s of course the falafel. You can readily find online recipes to make your own falafel but we’re going to skip all of that entirely and use premade falafel that you can find here at Midamarhalal.com! A little time in the oven or air-fryer and you’ll have crispy and delicious falafel that is ready to join its tasty friends on the wraps a little later. In the meantime, we wanted to keep the rest of the ingredients you’ll be enjoying as fresh as possible, so this recipe does include our homemade tzatziki sauce using some freshly diced cucumber and Greek yogurt. The best part about making this yourself is that you’re free to add as much cucumber to the sauce as you want, and you may very well still have fresh cucumber left over that you can add to your wrap later for some crisp and refreshing crunch in every bite. We kept it simple with the veggies on one wrap with tomato, onion, and spinach and for another we wanted to offer a different flavor combination by using Middle Eastern style pickled cucumber and turnip pickles along with Halal gyro slices for a tangier flavor that was most definitely worth trying.

And speaking of gyro slices, we put Midamar’s halal lamb and beef gyro slices to good use for this recipe along with some Halal breakfast beef bacon, because of course it’s hard to go wrong with beef bacon! The gyro slices are flavorful and juicy, and the beef bacon has that classic smokey flavor and crunch that is satisfying with every bite. Both of these cook in no time, making this recipe the ultimate in quick-and-easy cooking that will serve you well anytime you want something delicious and homemade but don’t want to spend hours of your time making it.

And that’s all you need for this weeks recipe! A handful of ingredients and a quick cook time is all you need to start enjoying some of your favorite Mediterranean flavors in one conveniently wrapped package. That’s why we wanted to share this recipe with you and we’re hoping you share it with someone you think would enjoy it. Otherwise, did you enjoy this recipe? Did you add anything to make it better? We’d love to know! Otherwise that’s it for this week and we’ll see you next time.
