Refund / Return Policy

Midamar cannot accept returns, but we will work to provide a refund or a replacement for any items that are damaged, miss-shipments, or otherwise unusable. Midamar does not accept returns on any perishable items. To request a refund or replacement, please send your request with pictures of the damaged and/or miss-shipped product to customerservice@midamar.com. Midamar reserves the right to deny refund/reship requests at any time. Refund requests without pictures may be denied.

Time
Midamar will not refund or replace an order/items after 4 days from the date of delivery. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out upon receipt with pictures of the damaged product by email at customerservice@midamar.com. 

Don't like the taste
Midamar does not refund products on matters of taste or texture.

Damages, issues, or stolen packages
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. An order cannot be refunded or reshipped after 10 days from the date of delivery. 

If an order has been stolen, Midamar will reship the order the first time. If an order is stolen a second time, Midamar will not be able to reship the order a second time. Midamar reserves the right to refuse shipment to an address based on stolen package frequency. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Midamar cannot accept returns on our perishable food items, but we can process a refund in appropriate situations. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your request and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Late or Missing Refunds
Always recheck your bank account’s activity first If you have not received a refund.
If your bank account does not show a refund, then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Lastly, contact your bank If your card company has processed the refund. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please get in touch with us at customerservice@midamar.com.
