Midamar Beef Bacon

9 Hawaiian slider buns

mayonnaise, about 2 tbsp

honey mustard, 2 tbsp divided

Colby jack cheese

½ stick melted butter

1 tbsp parsley

2 cloves garlic, minced

shredded lettuce

tomato

red onion

serve with chips

Directions

Fry chicken tenders in Air Fryer until golden brown, about 10 minutes at 350°

cut loaf of slider buns in half, place cut side up, and broil for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown

spread mayo on buns, place chicken tenders, top with honey mustard, colby jack cheese, and flip top bun so the cut side is facing the pan

whisk melted butter, parsley, and garlic then baste buns with the butter mixture. Broil 1-2 minutes or until cheese is melted and buns are toasted

Fry 5 slices of Midamar beef bacon to desired crispness.
