The bacon came on time, frozen and excellently packaged. That is the 4 star rating. However, the bacon itself is too fatty and does not have enough meat on each slice. Since I bought 5 lb package and 2- 12 oz packages I will see if they differ. Taste is great but there is a lot of waste since I trim some of thecfat off each slice.
