Ingredients

1 box of Midamar Halal Chicken Patties

1 jar of Marinara Sauce 

1.5 cups of grated mozzarella cheese

1.5 cups of grated parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons of chopped basil (optional)

1 teaspoon of salt 

½ teaspoon of black pepper (a pinch of red pepper flakes optional)

 

Directions

Pre-heat oven to 375F

In a bowl mix the Marinara Sauce, basil, salt, and pepper and set aside

Mix the cheese into another bowl and set aside

In a baking pan lay all the halal chicken patties flat and bake the chicken for 8-10 minutes on each side

Then add the sauce on top of the chicken and add the cheese on top of the sauce

Put it back in the oven and bake for 15 minutes or until the cheese is fully melted.

Take out of the oven and let it stand for 10 minutes before serving.  Serve over pasta.
