They were okay but i was disappointed, there were only 4 in the packet! I get much more value at my local halal butchers.
Extremely disappointed with our recent orders. This shipment arrived late, the box was leaking, and the Italian sausages had a strong foul odor and appeared spoiled. We had to throw the entire order away.
What’s even more frustrating is that this is the second order in a row with shipping issues. Our previous order was also shipped very late and took 10 days to arrive. We cannot rely on this level of service for our restaurant.
This has cost us time, money, and product. Please call me as soon as possible so we can discuss a resolution. We expect a refund or replacement and a clear explanation of why this keeps happening.

In cases of late delivery, it is important to contact us as soon as possible so that we can arrange either a replacement shipment or a refund in accordance with our policy.
Please note that FedEx does not typically deliver to business addresses on weekends, which may have contributed to the delay. Your order was shipped on Tuesday, with an original estimated delivery date of Friday. The delay appears to have occurred while the package was in transit.
For business orders, we highly recommend creating a wholesale account ( Create Account – midamarwholesale) . This allows us to identify that the shipment is being sent to a business address rather than a residential address and helps us manage shipping accordingly.
To minimize the risk of delays, we recommend placing business orders before Monday so that they can be shipped the same day. Orders for business addresses placed on Wednesday or later are automatically held until the following Monday to avoid packages being delayed over the weekend.
Regarding your previous delayed order, it was placed during the holiday season. At that time, we had posted notifications and sent email advising customers of potential shipping delays. Please reach out to us at customerservice@midamar.com to let us know how would like us to proceed.
